Step 2: Talent Sourcing & Meticulous Screening

- Each potential candidate undergoes a thorough screening process. This includes initial interviews conducted by CareerStars consultants to assess their skills, experience, motivations, cultural fit, and career aspirations. We verify qualifications and delve into their track record of achievements.
- We compile a shortlist of the most qualified and compelling candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also demonstrate strong potential for long-term success within your organization.

Step 3: Candidate Presentation & Collaborative Selection
We present you with detailed profiles for each shortlisted candidate, including their resume, our assessment notes, key strengths, potential areas for development (if any), and salary expectations.
- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the team will re-evaluate, adjust, and pivot as needed
- In the spirit of transparency, time is tracked in Toggl so you’ll see exactly what’s being worked on and how much time it takes to complete tasks. You’ll also receive daily emails outlining all the hours worked

Step 4: Offer Management & Successful Integration
Once you've selected your preferred candidate, CareerStars acts as a trusted intermediary to manage the offer process. We assist in structuring a competitive offer and facilitate negotiations to ensure a successful outcome for both you and your chosen candidate
- We work closely with the candidate to secure their acceptance and provide guidance through the resignation process, addressing any potential counter-offers or concerns.
- Our commitment doesn’t end with the placement. We maintain contact with both you and the new hire during their initial months to ensure a smooth transition, successful onboarding, and long-term satisfaction. This helps solidify the placement and fosters a lasting partnership.
